Родился 4 июня 1968 года. Закончил Кубанский медицинский институт.

Начал карьеру в 1993 г. в Anas Group. В 1995 г. назначен управляющим директором московского представительства. Оценивал конкурентоспособность химических производств стран и регионов СНГ, Центральной и Восточной Европы.

В 1996 г. возглавил Faba Chemicals GmbH. Несколько лет работал в Германии, руководил проектами по оптимизации поставок сырья из России и стран СНГ, проектному финансированию и страхованию рисков. Занимался оценкой нефтехимических и инфраструктурных проектов.

В 2001 г. создал первое независимое отраслевое информационное агентство RCC.ru (Russian Chemical Consulting), ставшее одним из самых авторитетных в России информационных порталов в своей области.

В 2002 г. основал компанию CREON, стратегического консультанта для нефтегазохимической отрасли. Автор стратегий развития нефтегазовых компаний в Сибири и на Дальнем Востоке. Курировал работы по крупным инвестиционным проектам, в том числе по региональной экспансии нефтегазовых предприятий России и инвестициям транснациональных корпораций. Другое направление бизнеса – организация отраслевых конференции топ-уровня, которые посетили более 10.000 специалистов.

В 2014 г. совместно с WWF Россия основал проект «Здравый смысл» с Рейтингом открытости нефтегазовых компаний в сфере экологической ответственности. Цель проекта – поощрять нефтяные компании постсоветского пространства к экологичности, устойчивому развитию и социальной ответственности.

В 2016 г. выступил инициатором создания фонда прямых инвестиций Creon Energy Fund в Люксембурге, который инвестирует в перспективные инфраструктурные и экологические проекты зеленой энергетики, соответствующие стандартам ESG (Environment Social Governance). Управляющая компания и неограниченный партнер фонда – Creon Capital S.a.r.l. со штаб-квартирой в Люксембурге.　Партнерами CREON Capital являются Intertrust, Ernst & Young S.A., Arendt & Medernach S.A и Alfa Asset Management Europe.

В инвестиционное портфолио фонда и его партнёров входят компании ISS GS (проектная логистика), CoalTech (зелёные технологии), Creon Industries (EPC+F услуги для крупных промышленных проектов), Inventra Industries (EPC+F услуги для проектов «зелёной» экономики).

В 2017 г. объединил все компании и бизнес-подразделения в СREON Group – лидера российского рынка по инвестиционным и консультационным услугам для нефтегазохимического комплекса и альтернативной энергетики.

Свободно владеет русским, английским, немецким, арабским и испанским языками. Женат, воспитывает шестерых детей.

Fares Kilzie
Entrepreneur, Chairman of Creon Capital

Born on June 4, 1968. He graduated from the Kuban Medical Institute with a degree in Biochemistry.

He began his career in 1993 at Anas Group. In 1995, he was appointed Managing Director of the Moscow HQ. Kilzie evaluated the competitive environment and competitiveness of chemical production at the countries level and regions of the CIS, Central and Eastern Europe, as well as preparing reviews of the status and development prospects of individual chemical companies and enterprises.

In 1996, he became CEO of Faba Chemicals GmbH in Germany, where he led the development and implementation of projects to optimize direct supplies of raw materials from Russia and the CIS countries, organization of project financing and insurance of project risks in Russia.

In 2001, he founded the first independent news site RCC.ru (Russian Chemical Consulting), which became a respective digital media covering news and trends on petrochemical market.

In 2002, he founded CREON, which has been the official adviser of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation throughout several years, in particular in the classification of questions regarding liquefied hydro carbonic gas, which is considered to be the basis for customs-tariff regulation. A further business unit is the organization of industry conferences attended by over 10.000 Russian and international experts so far.

In 2014, he founded, jointly with World Wildlife Fund (WWF) Russia, the Environmental Transparency Rating “Rational Approach”. The rating encourages enterprises to protect the environment and run sustainable and socially responsible businesses in the post-Soviet area.

In 2016, he initiated the establishment of CREON Energy Fund SICAV-SIF, private equity fund with focus on investments in projects of the chemical sector of Russia. The managing company and the unlimited partner is CREON Capital S.a.r.l. with the head office located in Luxembourg. The partners of Creon Capital are Intertrust, Ernst & Young S.A., Arendt & Medernach S.A. and Alfa Asset Management Europe.

The fund invests in projects at the inception phase, in growing and established companies in Russia and the CIS countries, as well as in environmental projects of the green economy and alternative energy. The joint ventures of the fund with partners in Luxembourg are ISS GS (project logistics), CoalTech (green technologies) and Inventra Industries (EPC+F services for green projects up to €100 million investments).

In 2017, he joined all the companies in the СREON Group, leader of the Russian market in investment and advisory services for the petrochemical industry and the alternative energy section.

Fares Kilzie is fluent in Russian, English, German, Arabic and Spanish. He is married and has six children.
